Playlist Length

Why my Raduga keeps inform duration to 00:00:0 , there's nothing to do with this. all inside the playlist are mp3 files, no other files inside, plus the playback is in normal mode , not in random or other. please help me regarding the problem.

Re: Playlist Length

The playlist length or duration (in time) is determined by pressing the "L" key.

Re: Playlist Length

I suppose the wrong duration is only displayed for MP3 files. Did you also try WAV or WMA files?

Please use the DSPlay tool from
http://www.wolosoft.com/en/raduga/faq.html#overlap
to check if your system uses the Fraunhofer MPEG Layer-3 decoder.

Re: Playlist Length

I suppose your system does not use the default MP3 decoder. If you have Raduga 3.8.7 start an MP3 song and then go to the Tools/Options... menu. Then select the "DirectX Plug-ins" page. Then double-click anywhere on an empty place in this page. A dialog box should pop up with 3 lines:

1. Default DirectSound Device
2. FHG MPEG Layer-3 Decoder
3. C:\My Music\...\Filename.mp3

If the second line shows something different, then some features of Raduga may not work correctly.
