RAID SYSTEM

Hi,

We're planning on putting our music on a RAID system 300 gig hard drive.

My question is this. "If we use a RAID system will it slow down the system and affect sound quality?"

Hi Joe,

We at magic7music are using a raid system aswell. We´re running Raid 5. On this raid system we have all our music so we always have a backup even if a HD fails.
It doesn´t slow down your system. We have 0,8 Terra. The system is on the normal C at has a complete backup on a second HD.
