Repetition of Artists / Tracks

We are running Raduga V3.91. Is there any facility that allows it not to play the same artist or track within a specified length of time? (Ie Beatles play at 12.10 pm the a rule can be set for it not to play another Beatles track for another few hours, as an example)

Re: Repetition of Artists / Tracks

Certainly. Use AirList to create your playlists.
It has song/artist anti-repeat features and more.

Maybe I am just being thick (and usually I am), but how do I get the Airlist files to play in Raduga?

Re: Repetition of Artists / Tracks

AirList makes .alb files. An .alb file is a Raduga Playlist file. Once AirList scans your music file folders (categories) and once you set up your rotations (and other configurations) then AirList will make a playlist using all of your rules. The playlist can then be opened with Raduga (File>Open). It's tremendously simple.

We use Clockwheel. Use it to make playlists for Raduga and it has rotation rules, and its FREE. Awesome program!! http://www.riograndemud.com/clockwheel/index.htm
