Shoutcast Upcoming song and playlist

Hello,

1. Where can the shoutcast plugin be downloaded? and also the official setup guide link.

2. Does this also include the 'playlist' to be visible online, I need the 'upcoming song', current song and playlist also available online on my shoutcast streaming.
