 log files "time format"

i have a problem...
this is part of my log files: 16:01:04 start Mr. Big - Wild World
16:01:24 start Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench
4:05:11 PM start 12 Stones - Broken
4:08:03 PM start Adema - Unstable (Alb. Unstable) How can it happen....
the time format is changed.. 16:05:11 ---> 4:05:11 PM it's a problem because i make a little program that read the log files.... can someone help me.... to change 4:05:11 PM ---> 16:05:11 thanks....
