How to Configure the Software...
How Do I Configure the Raduga Software so that it out puts the Artist & Song data the moment it starts.
The log file isn't compatible with the company that we want to use, and they asked me to ask someone here.

Do you mean to a TXT file ?
There is a plugin on this website that does that, have a look in the Downloads section.

It's exactly where I said it was.
Click the Raduga icon at the top of this page, then you'll find it in the Add-Ins section.
CURRENTSONG.TXT if you insist.

Ok, I downloaded the plugin CURRENTSONG.TXT, now how do I set it up to use? Once explained, i'll have no problems figuring it out.

Try reading README.TXT which is contained in the ZIP file that you downloaded.
