I already have Raduga 3.0. So Im trying to get Raduga 3.1, and it says its free, but what do I have to do to get the Program,because the only way I can see it at the moment is to buy it and I dont want to do that.From Ann-maree

Raduga 3.1 is a free update for registered users or version 3.0. Please send me your registration data for verification.
