System is great but I have question!

Hi,

I am really thrilled with Raduga. It's a great system. Here are a couple of things I would like to do but I'm not sure how>>>

1) Because we are in a well populated area, Radio and Records asked that we submit our total plays for songs to them on a weekly basis. How can one do this?

2) We plan to run remotes. I know I can disable the system with PCAnywhere at a remote location but is there a way to do it on a time basis?

Thanks for your help! josh Burke

Re: System is great but I have question!

1) Raduga can generate a LOG file each time it plays a file. This is an optional item in config menu. If you know how to use MS Access/Excel, you could import the data and create your music logs.

2) I've seen this done with other playout systems. As long as the remote ops can view the raduga PC, they just hit "Break" on the screen and wait for the current song to end. Then they start their remote broadcast...

To stop raduga at a certain time, you can insert a STOP Event in the scheduler (it's in the help file), and make it an immediate event.
