I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you want to do. Could you please be more specific.

Re: CONTROL EXTERNAL SOURCE

Mr Loch,
Through the raduga program in specific hours rebroadcast some programs from another radio station. (line in..).

When the other radio station broadcasts its commercials spots I have to stop the broadcasting and play my commercials or song until the other ‘ s radio station commercials end and the program is continued.

In order to do that I must figure a way to close with a program the (line in..). and reopen it , once its commercial ends.

I ask if you know any kind of program so when I want to stop external sourse in line in… I will only have to press one Button to close the external sourse in line in and immediately to play instrumendal music that I have chosen.

Then when the commersials of the other station finish I push another button and the indrumental music stops and reopens the line in … of the external sourse.
Grazie
Thaks very much

Re: CONTROL EXTERNAL SOURCE

You could set up a Raduga playlist that consists of your own commercials and has live events between them, for example:

3600.live
c:\music\commercial1.mp3
3600.live
c:\music\commercial2.mp3
3600.live
c:\music\commercial3.mp3

With this playlist all you have to do is press "N" when the other station plays its commercials. This will close the line-in channel and play your first commercial. When the other station has finished its commericial break, you press "N" again. This will fade out your commercial and re-open the line-in channel.

Re: CONTROL EXTERNAL SOURCE

Thank you Mr Loch.
The energy to close the external source when press N i know, close the line in.
But when press again the N, does not open the external source. If you have, the polite disposal and kindness, please, becomes you more explicit, more analytic.
Grazie tante

Re: CONTROL EXTERNAL SOURCE

Considering the playlist example above, pressing the "Next" key during the first 3600.live track will switch to the track "commercial1". This will close the line-in channel. Pressing "Next" during "commercial1" will fade cout commercial1 and start the second 3600.live track. This will open the line-in channel again. I hope you will understand the idea.
