dual install plug-ins question

If I install two directX plug-ins, an Equalizer and a Limiter, wich plug-in works first? I want the music first to go through a Limiter and after that the Equalizer. Backwords the equalizer would affect the Limiter by it's inputsignal like a bass or high frequency.

The plug-ins are run in the order as they appear in the list. You can change the order by dragging them with the mouse.
