no creo que sea multilenguaje, lo instale con la opción para español y al ejecutar solo me sale en ingles si alguien supiera como habilitar la opción para español se lo agradezco, gracias

Sorry, but the spanish version appears to be broken in version 4.2.2. Normally you can select the language using the menu View/Language.
There is a spanish localization file superedi-es.dll, but it doesn't work :(
Will be fixed soon, I hope.
