 Floppy Drive Startup Zap
Hi there, First of all, let me say ... SuperEdi, where have you been all my life. I am completely in love with this program. I applaud your efforts. I appreciate the tiny footprint and extensibility afforded by the scripting capabilities. I used to use EditPlus, but no more! The only feature I missed was the regular expression part. But it took me all of about 30 minutes to figure it out in JS and implement it -- works like a dream. Anyway, I do have one question. It seems that Super Edi searches the drives (including the floppy) at startup. It's a small delay, but I feel like the program would POP up super fast otherwise. Is there a way to disable the floppy seek? If not, I'll probably just have it run at startup and leave it running ... but this would be nice to control. Oh by the way, it seems to happen even when the explorer tree is hidden. Thanks and great work on SuperEdi! It's amazing. Josh
