Suggestion: default font -> Courier New

I remember the first time I tested SuperEdit, I edited http://www.isoc-vn.org/www/standard/browsertest51.html and saw black boxes instead of some Unicode characters. After I changed the font from Courier to Courier New, those characters displayed correctly. It might be a good idea to set Courier New as the default font instead of Courier.
