Creating a random playlist to fit within 60 minutes

I have a question: does Raduga support the following feature: I have a (long) list of songs, from which I want to automatically select a subset randomly, so that the total playing time of the subset is as close as possible to 60 minutes (the remaining seconds will be filled with some introductory music). This would be a useful feature if e.g. a live broadcast should be interrupted by an hour of music, and then start live with live news at the top of the hour again.
