Re LOG & TIME

Some of the played materials or commercial doesn't appeared or captured by the "LOG" also there are times the time played it's not synced with the actual time played.

If you combine multiple commercials in amini playlist, then only the name of the mini playlist appears i n the logfile, not the individual items. Otherwise all items should be logged, unless the disk is full or write protected.

The time used for the log file is the current computer time.

Can somebody confirm or reproduce the reporded problems?

For our radio programs, our tech usually load a single playlist for any programs of our Radio programs.

All played individual commercials must registered in the log but there are some of it not registering, with re the HDD space we have a lot of disk space up to 2TB and this is not the problem.

We have 2 Licensed Raduga and same issue we encountered, do you have any updated version for this?

Do you acually use mini playlists?
If yes, then the LogMPL add-in may be what you're looking for. Please contact your Raduga reseller to get this add-in.
