not very good customer support answer

that's pretty lame, why does raduga need to follow windows media player, it should play mp3pro... have my collection of music is mp3 pro... i dont like wma! and i don't like the media player... im evaluating this program for a fm radio station.. and now that i know it does not play mp3pro... i will strongly recommend another product

Not sure what you mean. I have personally tested MP3 PRO files on Raduga and it plays them just fine.
