Prob with DirectX and Fade

Hello,
i have a problem with DirectX!
Since i have set a plugin which use DirectX,
the fade don't want to work and the two volume
control who are on the right of the now and the last title stay at 0.

Why? What i have to do for resolving this problem?

Now i don't use a plugin anymore, but i have set a another sound card because i have different sound card on my pc.
And i have already the error :(!

How to do?

No, i use WAV PCM (44khz stereo).
