playlist type

Hi,

how can create playlists that contain ONLY the filenames without the whole path of the folder that are stored.

For example, instead of

C:\...\...\test1.wma
C:\...\...\test2.wma

to be

test1.wma
test2.wma

Many thanks in advance,
tligradio

Re: playlist type

Open the playlist file with an editor, such as Notepad or SuperEdi and replace the all occurences of the path name.

Re: playlist type

thanks for replying. actually this is what we do so far. However, the number of playlists our Dj's submit every week keeps rising and we thought we could automate a bit the procedure if we had playlists without all occurrences of the path name. Our Dj’s are not computer literal and asking them to use an editor to replace all occurrences of the path name it will be too complicated.

Anyway, this is not a big problem for tligradio... right now we focus on finding a solution how to use a web folder for creating playlists with Juke.

many thanks,

By D.J. I assume you mean Karaoke M.C.
Here's an easy solution I do just for online privacy/security.
1: Create the playlist at C/ (path).
2: Move the playlist to C/ (no path).
3: Use "Save As" at that location.

I'm hoping eventually this will be built in as a bookmark editor.
