Minimum System Requirements for Raduga?

Im wondering what the system/software requirements are for Raduga 3.0 or 3.5

i've tried to install both versions on a bare bones Pentium system with 128mb sdram sound blaster live etc. It's running Windows 95B version.....Raduga 3.0 causes an illegal operation mid loading with a comc32.dll error or similar, and Raduga 3.5 comes up with errors putting certain keys in the registery while installing and will not load. Does Raduga require Direct X and/or Windows Media Player to be installed to run?

Raduga 3.0 requires at least Windows 95 or NT with Internet Explorer 4 and Windows Media Player 6.

Raduga 3.5 runs on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP.
The processor should be a Pentium II/300 MHz or better.

Thanks, as soon as I installed IE 4 and Windows Media Player 6.4 Raduga 3.0 worked fine.
