Voice over capability

HI,

We are very happy with the Raduga automation system but now need the capability to easily have our jocks drop in their voices in between songs for full voice-over capability.

They would send in their cuts using gotomypc.com and then would drag and drop their cuts where they belong. Does a Raduga add-on offer this capability in a simple processing method ?
