wme and "Whats playing now"

Can you help me with this? I have followed the instructions to this point ;
- Adjust the stream URL for your live broadcast
- Optionally change the HTML page to be shown in the Windows Media Player
- Upload the files Startme.asx and NowPlaying.html to the web server

Should I add my stream URL to where it says 'your stream URL' AND replace the word 'quixote' with my URL?
Also I am streaming from a PC not a web server so where should the .asx and .html file be put?
