I may have missed this, but is there a way to set and unset a relay card or closure somehow?
We use Raduga to program a commercial station and now we are looking to have it close a relay when it goes to a stopset and then open it when it returns so we can feed the progamming on an NCE station..
Any Ideas on equipment and command line processing?
In a playlist you can include batch files (*.bat or *.cmd) and Script files (*.js or *.vbs). Therefore if you can open the relay from the command line or using a script, you can schedule this in Raduga.
Thanks for the reply. I understand this, however Im looking for a good piece of hardware and the commands. I suspect someone has already "Skinned this cat".
We use relay here to switch from one source to second source... JS is used thank s to Wolf... I would like to know how to set up bat and cmd to do similar work ... Ken
You can schedule a .cmd file to the event scheduler. Within this .cmd file you can call any program. If the manufacturere of your audio switch provides a program to open/close the relays, you can call this program from the .cmd file.
To add .cmd files to the playlist, you have to uncheck the option "Accept Media Files Only" in Raduga/Options/General.
