icecast error on play via extern command

Hello again,

I asked you about a problem we have with icecast addin in raduga.
I understand better what's going wrong:

sometimes raduga is stopped to start another computer (advertisement).
when the computer number 2 stops advertisement, he triggers the joystick com port to tell raduga to restart.

This is exactly when the problem happends: the script is not restarting correctly , and creates a errors message.

What happens with icecast at that time ?
