Raduga incompatible with Signal Hound?

It appears that Raduga (Demo Version) in incompatible with Signal Hound (USB Spectrum Analyser - http://www.signalhound.com/ ) software. I have the Licenced version of Raduga running in the On Air studio computer but I also had a copy of the demo version on my laptop so I could us it to explain things over the phone to a presenter if necessary. However Signal Hound did not display spectra properly when I installed the Raduga demo version. After re-installing Signal Hound software, Raduga did not work.

Any fixes?
