Hi. I have Raduga version 3.6. Since I switched to a Windows 7 computer, the file menu doesn't work. Can this be fixed?

You can ugrade to Raduga 3.9, which has been tested on Windows 7.
But what exactly does not work in the File menu?

I noticed the same thing. Win7 with Raduga 3.6 none of the menu bar items: file, edit, view etc can be clicked.
Raduga 3.9 is fine on Win7.
