Jingles in 3.9.6

Hi.

I am unable to get JINGLES to work. All jingles 1 - 9 are greyed out and if I click the JINGLES dropdown all the options are also greyed out including Edit.

Any ideas please.

what version u use is it a demo version see help file so simple and clear

If you have the Basic or Full Automation edition, then the Jinges feature is disabled. See this list for a comparison of all available features in all Raduga editions:
