 Rotation File Issue
Dear Mr. Loch, The issue we are experiencing is that appeared to be going randomly to play and stays that way until the next triggered event. I believe I have narrowed this issue down to the rotation files. On certain rotation files, the first video file on list, after it finishes, it does not trigger the next file in sequence. It just hangs in black, waiting for the next event. I have rebuilt the offending files several time, but unfortunately, I still get the same result. We have been down for several weeks with issue now. I have been in contact with Bill Spry, but he was unable to come up with a solution and requested I bring the mater up with you Mr. Loch. Your help in this matter gratefully appreciated. For some background information, this issue started after a re-install of the product on a new computer system. The system is an I-7 with 8 gigs of ram, running on windows 7. After several unsuccessful attempt remedy the issue, it was decided to completely uninstall the software, remove all previous ALB files, ROTATION files, and EVENTS files from the computer. The software was then re-installed all the files were rebuilt from scratch, however no change. Sincerely, Don
