crash with currentsong.vbs

Hello,
we had a problem yesterday with the "currentsong" plugin
There was a message windows telling this:
c:\program files\wolosoft\raduga\addins\currentsong\currentsong.vbs(23) error -2147023672.

And then, if you click on OK on this window, raduga crashed and was unable to restart.
If you don't click, raduga doesn't crash, and continues playing sound and tasks, but visually, it's "frozen". Finally, we had to restart the computer

We had this problem before, maybe about 6 months ago, and before, last year also.
Did you experience this before? do you know why it's happening?
