Problems of data of songs in Raduga 3.1.1 under Windows 2000 works only under rights of the Manager. At users with rights not user access Raduga 3.1.1 does not reduce songs mp3.

Please use Raduga 3.6. This version has been tested on Windows 2000 and XP and it works with normal user rights. The administrator only has to install the program and enter the license key.
