Raduga plays 2 Seconds of a Song and jumps to the next

Hello,
I have the following problem:
It seems that Raduga doesn't like all of my MP3s. Sometimes it plays only the first 2 Seconds and jumps to the next song.
Has anybody a solution for this problem? I'm running Win98 SE.

yes,yes,yes check next:
1.check is your mp3 file recorded in vbr (variable bit rate mode) or 32khz sampling rate. You can check it easily if you have winamp on your pc (the program include bitrate and sampling rate windows on the top.).The first "signal" for this problem is incorrect remaining time in raduga window.
2.check option intro scan of the bottom of raduga. It is very easi to make "mistake" if you are playing with keyboard and pressing i key!
3. try to update new driver for soundcard
4.try to play file in wmp! raduga use the same decoder so this problem have to be also present in wmplayer. If this cause the trouble download new mp3 decoder
