2nd Question

Why is it, Raduga has an option to skip to the next file if it goes silent but it never does work.

say you have moved a song from the directory but not refreshed the master list playing, it comes to that song and displays a messages saying file not found... why does it then not just play the next one?

It will not go to the next one unless you have "Ignore All Errors" ticked under Options>General.
