Yes, but in Raduga 3.6 you could install only one add-in at a time. Therefore the old add-ins don't work anymore in version 3.8.x.
If you have a valid license for Raduga 3.6, I can send you the old add-ins and the old Raduga SDK. Otherwise you should mess with version 3.6 and get the Raduga 3.8.2 SDK from the Download section.
