Raduga 3.8.5 in Win 98SE

I have downloaded the demo, but when I try to install it appears "ERROR This program must be run on Windows NT".
Why?

Make sur to download the file Raduga-3.8.5-demo.exe. This is the installation program for Windows 98/ME. The file Raduga-3.8.5.U-demo.exe requires Windows 2000 or XP.

Note that Windows 2000 or XP is strongly recommended for a production system because of the better stability.
