The generated playlists should always be a little longer as opposed to shorter than the required duration. Otherwise you would risk a period of dead air. You have 2 options for stating the playlists:
a) immediate : fade out any current song and start the new playlist exactly at __:00:00. This is especially useful if the playlist starts with a time signal or live broadcast
b) non-immediate : the current song plays to the end before the new playlist is loaded
