OS: Win xp pro
Is it important to a user to be an administor (in his computer) before using Raduga 3.0.

You will need Administrator privileges for installation of Raduga on Windows 2000/XP. But after installation it can be used by normal (non-Adminitrator) users.

Raduga 3.0 is not supported anymore. Please use the latest version 3.8.7 for evaluation.
