How does one set tab size?

I must say that although SuperEdi is a nice program, the author(s) have chosen to be a but cryptic regarding some of its capabilities :)

How on earth does one change the Tab Size? Looking tabsize up in the help file talks about a FileType Object without explaining how can one access/modify its properties! Via a script perhaps?

The tab size cannot be changed currently. Although the TabSize property already exists in the scripting interface, changing the value has no effect.
