Arabic in SuperEdi?

I have to copy Arabic text from PPT into xml files with English code (multi-lingual training program in Flash). I have version 3.7.1 and it changes the order of the Arabic characters in SOME lines. Most work ok and display correctly in the Flash program. However, the lines that change the order of the Arabic characters can't be made to 'stick' in the correct order - it always changes back to the incorrect order! Anybody got experience with mixed English/Arabic text? Your help would be much apreciated!
