Drag-Drop an exe file did not work on the Quick-Start bar ?

When I drag & drop an .exe file on to the Quick-start bar, SuperEdi just opened this file rather than creating an icon on this bar . Is this a bug in this new version. Please note that I had no problem in v3.30U.

Confirmed. This is a new bug in version 3.3.1.

where can I get version 3.3.1 from? As a download link I only found 3.3U.

It was only found via the "Download" button on top of this page or form some software archives. Now I have updated all other links too (I hope so).
