video errors

Hello. I triyng Raduga for playing videos and show the error of "not possible play the archive. The format not is compatible. This only happens in some pcs, whit the same windows 7 pro in all and the same codecs.. why this happen? all pcs are identical, perhaps some softwareof diference. The old DSplay works in same mode. In some pcs play the video and on other show the error. Thanks!
