failed to initiate DDE with SuperEdi (Timeout)

any ideas about this - error message when i right click and select "edit with .." for a local html page link ..?

You get this message if SuperEdi fails to start up in a timely fashion. This may be because your machine is busy with other processes or if there are many items on the desktop (HTML shortcuts are especially slow).
