Please follow the broadcaster's instructions on the Live365 web site. First try to broadcast a live source via line-in (with Raduga). Once that works, switch the audio source to "External Source | Mixer". Now you should hear the sound of Raduga or any other audio application. Note that your soundcard must be full-duplex, i.e. it can record and playback at the same time and it can record it's own output. If you still get no sound, contact live365 support. I can't help you, because I don't have a broadcaster account anymore.
