EXTERNAL DRIVES

I need to install a MAXTOR 300gb external network drive for music store purposes. However, when I try and save RADUGA config files i.e. .alb and such Raduga wont play the .alb files etc.

Anyone have ideas?

Or does Raduga not operate in this new enviroment?

Of course it will play the files but you have to change your .alb files to reflect the new location (path) of your music files, etc.

Bill, thanks for your comments, I dont know that I explained myself as well as i could. The Studio machine can see the external drive unit and plays them, its just when we try and same a playlist file as a .alb i keep getting a raduga error which says unknown paramater

So are you saying that your PC will not save the .alb files to the external drive?

Yes I cant save any files i.e. *.alb *.rot *.mpl etc etc

Try rebooting the system

Ive re booted, the ENTIRE system, Ive tried mapping the external drive which you can see in the studios, you can write files to the new drive from the studios, you can delete and rename files from the studio, but we cant seem to save the RADUGA .ext files to it, which has me totally confused.
