Shoutcast Capatable?

Anyone know if Raduga Is Shoutcast Compatable , if not any software that I can download to make it compatable?

You can use Winamp to send the Raduga output to a Shoutcast server. Here is a short introduction. For more information see the Winamp and Shoutcast documentation.

Requirements:

- OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
- Raduga 3.6 or higher
- A full-duplex soundcard with the ability to record its own output (loopback)
- Winamp must be properly configured with the Shoutcast plug-in

Installation:

1. Set up Winamp/Shoutcast
- Make sure that the shoutcast server is running and you can broadcast from a live source
- Select "Options|Preferences" from the context menu
- Select "Plug-ins|DSP/Effect|Shoutcast Source for Winamp"
- Click "Configure"
- Enable the "advanced recording mode"
- Select "Line-in" in the advanced recoding mode options
- Close this dialog
- Open the dialog "SHOUTcast source". If you can't see it,
click on the icon in the tray area.
- Uncheck the "Auto" option next to "Song title"
- Press "Connect" if you are not connect to the server.

2. Set up Windows mixer for loopback
- Open Windows Volume Control
- Select "Options|Properties" from the menu
- Switch to "Recoding" mode and press "OK"
- Select the "Stereo Mixer" line for recording and adjust the volume

Just take Simplecast and everything goes smooth!!!! No plugin' or other stuff.

I know you can use the LIVE-IN function on shoutcast, but is there no way to get the song TITLES to translate to shoutcast from Raduga,Juke,etc? NOTE: Now that live365 is no longer free I think there will be many more stations on Shoutcast.

There is a Raduga add-in available to sends the song titles to SHOUTcast and another one for Windows Media Encoder. Please ask your distributor to send you the add-in. These add-ins are free for registered users. There is no demo version available.

I have write a little program -for meself- that grap the "current song" and send that
to Shoutcast/Windows media and a Website.

Maybe you want to publish your scripts so that others can use them as well? That was my purpose of making the Raduga SDK and the CurrentSong add-in available for free.
