Yes, if you have purchased Raduga less than one year ago, you can upgrade for free. If you have an older version, you get 50% discount of the license price. Please contact your distributor for details.

Technically you can simply install the never version over the old one (provided you have the required license). If you don't uninstall the old version it will keep all your settings.
