I saw a third party software item listed here that would give us our total number of plays for songs every week and when I sent a message to the software designer I never received a reply.
We need to keep logs of all the songs played (and each song's play frequency) every week and email our totals to Radio and Records. I can do this manually but it will be too time consuming.
