RADUGA OR MEGAMIX OR OTHER

Dear friends
I try the RADUGA but it has lot lacks.
I have written my queries,in precedents E Mail, but, I did not receive answers.
I try and MEGAMIX 2002 it allocates more choices
as fade out in any category of songs, dieference in commercials or jingles,
two external source, automatic open and close external source line in (with fade in-out), but and this have problems in precise time to open external source etc.
Can me inform if shortly we have new version of RADUGA without these disadvantages.

I previously from know τhat it is not pleasant but they have obligation
the representatives of these programs, we must say the truth!
Give their help, in the interested purchasers.
The RADUGA can become a very good program, if we had more help than his constructor.
I report a usual problem , when I program Events,(.live) many times activate- it does not open - the line in of exterior source…
Almost never it is not activated the line in of sound card, when the planning is No run immediately…
other times, it does not recognize if play list (. alb) and is presented clue of error.
In these problems I not have received responsible answers that they will help me untie my problems…..
This is reasons of my message…..
