Hi adsav, The SHOUTcast add-in for Raduga allows you to embed the name of the current song into the SHOUTcast stream. Contact your Raduga reseller to get this free add-in. See also:

(at the bottom) The FtpUpload add-in (included in Raduga 3.8.7) adds the names of the Previous, Current and Upcoming song to a HTML file. You can use this idea and extend the SHOUTcast add-in so that it also includes the name of the next song. It requires a few lines of JavaScript programming. If you can't do it yourself, I can do it for you for a reasonable price.
