Yes. SuperEdi can use all syntax definition files from TextPad. They are available for almost all languages:

can you tell me how to bind in the java1_4v2.syn file ? only downloading
to the Syntax-dir seems not to be enough.

Go to Tools/Options.../File Types and create a new file type "Java" for file extension "java" and select the syntax file " java1_4v2".
